ORS Goodbye Dry (Concept)

ORS Haircare × The Vibe Curator co. Winter 2027 · Concept direction Campaign & ecosystem proposal goodbye dry, hello winter A campaign that earns the season, and an ecosystem that keeps it after the weather turns.
01 · Why this season ors already has the attention. What is open is the season, and the system that turns a winter purchase into a winter relationship.
02 · The strategic opening stop selling a fix. start selling a place. Cold air holds almost no water, indoor heat takes the rest, and wool finishes the job. What is missing is the image.
03 · The campaign platform snowed in Snow outside, steam inside. Moisture stops being maintenance and becomes a ritual. Homepage takeover · 1920 × 760
04 · Art direction cold outside, warm inside 35mm grain, natural light, two temperatures per frame. Product lives on vanities and windowsills, never held up to camera. lowercase serif. never all caps.
six steps, one weekend moisture first. seal second. hold last.
05 · Web design a site that teaches order One hero, no carousel, no badge clutter. The routine module replaces the product grid, so the collection page teaches a sequence. orshaircare.com/goodbye-dry
06 · Social & creative the feed, the reels, the stories Nine tiles one spread Three reels Stories poll, quiz, rsvp, proof One weekend of footage fills a quarter of Instagram.
Part two · The ecosystem a campaign is an invitation. an ecosystem is where people stay. For a collection like this, repeat rate is the only economics that work. Every asset in part one is wired to something that keeps talking.
07 · Email & automation six flows, built once Post purchase follows real usage, day one through day thirty. Where repeat rate on a nine dollar product is won.
08 · Retention & segmentation the right email, every time
09 · Experiential · optional two ways to put real people in it
The final chapter nobody stays quiet about the place that kept them warm. Eight weeks of somewhere to belong. Belonging is the part they repeat, and repetition turns a customer into a voice for the brand.

Goodbye Dry: a winter campaign and email marketing ecosystem for ORS Haircare

Goodbye Dry, Hello Winter is a campaign and marketing ecosystem concept by The Vibe Curator Co. for ORS Haircare. It shows how a seasonal campaign can turn a winter purchase into a year round customer relationship.

The challenge

Winter dryness is a real problem for textured hair, but most seasonal campaigns sell a quick fix and then go quiet. For a product at this price point, repeat purchase is what makes the economics work.

What we did

  • A campaign platform, Snowed In: snow outside, steam inside, so moisture becomes a ritual
  • Art direction with 35mm grain, natural light and product placed in real home settings
  • A web design concept where a routine module teaches the order of use instead of a product grid
  • Social content for the feed, reels and stories, planned from one weekend of footage
  • Six email marketing and automation flows, including a 30 day post purchase sequence
  • Retention and segmentation strategy, plus optional experiential activations

The result

The concept gives ORS a complete campaign and lifecycle marketing system that can launch for the season and keep talking to customers long after the weather turns.
